- S.T.Y.L.E (Saving Trouble Youth Lives Everyday) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering at-risk youth through mentorship, counseling, life skills development and Crisis Intervention. We have been serving the New Orleans region for over 13 years. S.T.Y.L.E is governed by five individuals that have over 15 years experience in Education, Counseling and Coaching.
Mission:
Is to reduce youth violence, substance abuse and school dropout rates by providing consistent guidance, support, prevention and intervention.
Goal:
To serve as a Community Connector. Sealing the gap between urban communities and failing schools.
Philosophy
Is rooted in the understanding that troubled behavior is often a signal of unmet needs, trauma or lack of opportunity. Saving youths' lives means meeting them where they are listening without judgment and acting early to prevent harm or despair and loss of direction.
